Rates & tourist tax

The chalet is available for rental only for stays of at least one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Rates vary from week to week and are shown directly in the diary in the “Book your stay” tab.

The gîte is classified by Gîte de France as a 4-star meublé de tourismes.

The amount of the tourist tax can be consulted on the PEISEY NANCROIX town hall website at https://www.peisey-nancroix.fr/tourisme/taxe-de-sejour/. This is paid in addition to the rental price at the time of booking.

How to book

The rate includes

Chalet rental / Bed linen (towels excluded -in paid option-) / End-of-stay cleaning

Choice of dates and number of people

Start your booking by selecting your dates of stay and indicating the number of adults and children. Please note that tourist tax applies to adults.

Down payment

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 10% of the total, including the tourist tax, is required at the time of booking. This guarantees the availability of the chalet for your chosen dates.

Payment of the balance

40% of the amount will be charged 90 days before the date of the stay. The balance (the remaining 50% of the total amount) will be charged 30 days before the arrival date. These charges will be made automatically on the scheduled dates.

Deposit payment

To ensure the safety of your stay, a security deposit equal to the amount of your rental will be made at the time of your booking through the third-party platform Amenitiz. This amount will not be charged, except of course in the case of damage during your stay. Please inform us of any breakage or damage... This measure is intended to ensure the preservation of the chalet Les Niverolles during your stay and for future tenants.

Purchase of the towel option

Simplify your stay at the Les Niverolles chalet by renting your towels from our concierge service, "Montagne à la Clé." Towels, bathrobes, etc. are available for rent through a paid option. You will be invited to contact "Montagne à la Clé" after making your reservation to obtain more information about prices and conditions.

Cancellation policy

We understand that unexpected changes can occur in your travel plans.

Reservations canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before, no refund will be issued.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

The Paradiski area boasts hundreds of kilometres of ski runs at altitudes of between 1200 and 3250 metres. Snow lovers will love this area, which offers optimum snow cover and pure air.
