FAQ
You have the option of going to VALLANDRY or PLAN PEISEY. You can get there from the chalet by free shuttle bus, which is often the easiest way. The PLAN PEISEY ESF site is located at the VANOISE EXPRESS stop. Home – esf Peisey Vallandry (esf-peiseyvallandry.com)
During the ski season, a free shuttle leaves the chalet at 8:45 a.m. (“Le Bon Air” stop) and goes directly to the ski lessons at 9:00 a.m. in PLAN PEISEY. During the busy winter school vacations, the shuttle runs at 8.25 a.m. instead of 8.45 a.m., so you can take your time with the little ones. Shuttles run every 30 minutes thereafter.
Please note that timetables are subject to change. Please check when you arrive.

- Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the holiday will receive a 100% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the holiday will receive a 50% refund.
- For bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, no refund will be made.
As we have our own dog, pets are tolerated under certain conditions:
